We are thankful that so many people have been touched by God as we travel around the nations. If you have a testimony you would like to share, please email us! Testimonies from women’s conference - January 9, 2010 During the early service 3 women gave a testimony. All 3 were crying as they shared with the congregation. One woman said the conference gave her hope. She had been that woman who was on the fence about her relationship with God. She explained how she has made a decision to be serious about her relationship with God. Another woman had shared at the conference how she always wanted her husband to love her like she loved him. God showed her that He felt the same way towards her. She felt that God poured out a new love in her heart to love Him like He loved her. The third woman shared how Jesus had touched her heart in a way that now she is now strongly desiring a true relationship with God. During the second service, the wife of one of our pastors was very encouraged to see how God had given Julaine the same message as He had given Pastor Phil and our guest speaker last Sunday. She explained how Julaine’s word picture of the pain of sitting on the fence had brought enlightenment of the danger of compromise. She challenged our congregation to get off the fence and serve God wholeheartedly. She also shared in the Thursday night ladies Bible study the key truths she had learned from the conference about relationship with Him and getting off the fence. The second woman described how she had been having terrible pain on her right side. She had scheduled an appointment with the doctor. She thought she might have cancer or something very wrong with her liver. Julaine had a word of knowledge to pray for someone with pain on their side. She described how the pain went away completely and has not returned. Another woman shared how God had touched her life in a real way. Several other women have expressed how God healed their heart that day emotionally. One woman, who had a congenital heart problem, felt that she received a physical touch from God. Another woman expressed how she had been encouraged to begin living in righteousness. Many told how they had felt the sweet presence of the Lord the entire day! We love you very much!!! I thank God for this privilege to email you. I am Ofelia, one of the worship leaders you met when you visited Baguio City, Philippines last year. I belong to the Life In Jesus Assembly Of God Church under Ptr. Thim Bugtong. I don’t know if you'll recall me but you said I'll just say am your favorite Praise & Worship leader in the Philippines so you can remember me. I laughed inside when you said that because I know you haven’t met the many singers yet. I am so grateful though that I had the rare opportunity of meeting great music ministers like yourself. I also thank God for the great impact you have brought to our place, for all that we've learned from you during the seminar on praise & worship leading and for the impartation of the gift of the Holy Spirit that I believe we received when you laid your hands on us. You really inspired our team, myself especially. You know, since that encounter with you, there is this new passion in me to really know more about getting deeper & deeper and higher in worship by allowing myself to be carried away by the wind of the Holy Spirit. I know that it will be easier to lead God's people in worship when I myself learn to be led by the HS. I do commit mistakes from time to time but I praise God for his amazing grace. He continually lifts me up & uses me despite my weaknesses. I've graduated from Global University, Berean School of the bible. I head up our Honor Bound Men's group (Men's Ministries) at our church. For going on 3 years, I've been a volunteer jail chaplain at the county jail and now this last fall 2005, I have gotten my Pastoral Credentials. God removed fear from her life restored joy and hope and she was baptized in the Holy Spirit • • • • • • • • • Diana says this: "You know one of the first things you prayed for me on Friday night at the retreat was that I would burn so intensely with passion for Jesus that I shouldn't be able to sleep at night. Well, I woke up at 3:15 this morning after a dream repeating the name of Jesus over and over and this burning inside of my chest and my belly and into my arms. I laid there for a while praying and crying and then decided to go down and email you to let you know about my evening with my husband, God truly has done a work in my marriage. Your CD "May I have this Dance" played in the night and I woke up the next morning feeling like not only is it raining in my desert, its' in full bloom, but along with that I also had this overwhelming need to share with you all that God had done in and for and through me this weekend and what His is doing now - visions, dreams, words, intense prayer times. Oh my goodness, it is so overwhelming, even now sitting here at work I can hardly concentrate." • • • • • • • • • Karen writes: "I want to thank you for the opportunity to be involved with the retreat. On the first night during worship, there was such a time of intensity on the drums. I had a sense that warfare was going forward to prepare the way of the Lord. I had a strong impression that hope was being released. As I asked the Holy Spirit what was the spirit of hope, I heard, healing of past entanglements. I believe hope was released at the conference." • • • • • • • • • Melanie says, "I just want to thank you for the retreat. It was perfect, just what I need. I needed sometime to totally concentrate, just on Jesus, and Julaine your worship leading is still awesome. Just the avenue I Love... a way to really talk and show God my heart and just how much I love Him and you help make an atmosphere where I can seek and hear. Kind of like a map. You help make it so simple. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. All the ladies at our church who came have said to me it was just what they needed and we all love you so much. Here are some of the testimonies that have come out of this night of being focused just on Jesus:
2) Bev Erwin- She shared, "I felt like I had back surgery, & my pain is gone." She was scheduled to have back surgery this week, and canceled it. 3) Randy Spencer - He has had chronic back pain for quite awhile now, and Friday it was very intense. In fact, I had asked him if he could help with the offering, because Mark couldn't be there at the last minute, and Randy said he hurt too bad. His pain has been gone ever since he was prayed for, & he has been telling everyone at work about it! 4.) Pam Hubbard's neck pain was instantly gone & her neck feels great. 5.) Bob Hubbard, who wasn't actually present, but was prayed for, was able to move his left foot today, for the first time since his surgery. He was able to move it to help propel his wheelchair forward. 6.) Chester Hufman said the lump on the back of his neck has shrunk. It is still present, but smaller. 7.) My Mother-in-law, who was prayed for, had a growth on her breast that was found via MRI, and it was supposed to be biopsied today. When they went to do the biopsy, there was "nothing to biopsy". The doctor was amazed! 8.) Many people testified that they were "refreshed" to be in God's presence. I sensed there were several emotional healings as well. At our prophecy class Saturday where Julaine ministered, during very intense quiet worship, my knee pain totally left. I had not been able to kneel on the floor for about 3 weeks due to right knee pain (from an old track injury back in college). I can now kneel completely without pain. Christy - I can now kneel completely without pain.
